Health Savings Accounts: What a Relief!

Health Savings Accounts are now relieving the pressure felt by the ever present annual increases from the traditional health care policies (Low Deductible/Low Co-pay) and group plans. When you shop around you find that they are far more expensive than buying your own.

It has been revealed time and again from economists, financial planners and anyone who is in the know.

What is it that I should know? I hear this comment so often, even by people who have years in the health services industries.

Answer: Own your own policy and apply a Health Savings Account (HSA) with the required High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) to take advantage of tax-free IRS incentives.

You may just find a silver lining when you calculate the monthly savings and applied that to your Health Savings Account...it probably will mostly fund it.

I have included a great article on this subject.
